I have a very flat face. Particularly, my side profile. My nose is very flat and I do not have any dimension to my face. I am trying to become a plus size model but I feel I am rejected due to the flatness of my face. What procedures would I need to fix these problems?

Many doctors will do chin implants in their surgery suite with local/sedation. The only cost this alleviates is that of the anesthesiologist. You will still have the surgeon's fees, the cost of the implant and the facility fees.
While you may still feel as though your smile is off in 2 weeks, no one will notice. The muscles need to soften and relax following chin implant surgery. In 2 weeks, you will probably feel normal, but slight swelling may continue for a couple of months.
