I have a very flat face. Particularly, my side profile. My nose is very flat and I do not have any dimension to my face. I am trying to become a plus size model but I feel I am rejected due to the flatness of my face. What procedures would I need to fix these problems?

An augmentative rhinoplasty would provide some facial projection. This could be most simply done with an implant but can also be done with a rib graft if one is opposed to a nasal implant.

Hi, based upon the attached photos your face is not flat but round-shaped and full.  According to the ideal facial aesthetics as outlined in my book on the subject, women appear the most attractive when their faces are heart-shaped.  Reducing the fatty tissues over the lower face, medial cheeks, nasolabial folds and neck would thin and feminize the entire face...this would most likely need to be combined with some type of a facelift to tighten lax facial tissues and remove excess loose skin. Submental liposuction and a chin implant would very likely improve your appearance. Perhaps an augmentation rhinoplasty could be considered.
