An augmentative rhinoplasty would provide some facial projection. This could be most simply done with an implant but can also be done with a rib graft if one is opposed to a nasal implant.

 Submental liposuction and a chin implant would very likely improve your appearance. Perhaps an augmentation rhinoplasty could be considered.
