Thank you for your questions and photos. Tear trough or lower eye area hollowness is a common problem that is fixed with volume. There are 2 options for volume replacement. The first is filler. Depending on what type of filler is used this can last up to a year or more. The second option is fat grafting. The fat is taken from your own body and genlty process to separate the fat. Only the best fat with the highest concentration of stem cells is used. This method used in the tear troughs can last years and years. In our office we commonly do this procedure under anesthesia right in our office. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has fat grafting experience.
