Is it best to cauterize then have an eyelid surgery or will scarring from cauterizing have negative results on surgery Is upper eyelid Ptosis? If excising with surgery will there be a lot of scarring due to position?Please advise how to go about upper lower (bad filler) and Xanthelasma.

The only effective treatment is surgical removal of the eyelid xanthalasma as shown in attached video. See an expert.

The light electrocautery used for The Ten Minute Eyelift will both treat the xantelasmas and the redundant, hooded upper eyelid skin. And, both can be done at the same time, in fact. I have done this many times for patients. Best of luck.

If you plan to have blepharoplasty removal of xanthelasma should be part of that procedure. Simple excision of xanthelasma is also an option without blepharoplasty. Good luck.
