After consulting with a plastic surgeon in regards to chronic inflammation of my pannus, a panniculectomy or abdominoplasty was recommended. The panniculectomy is covered 100% by my insurer. However; what is the additional fee to undergo an abdominoplasty? Also, will tightening of the rectus abdominis muscles affect digestion? And is it safe to have liposuction of the flanks and hips during this procedure?
