Is there a better way to help drain a seroma than surgery I've been doing the heating pad 15 min on 15 off for weeks. (Photos)

I had a pannelectomy 4 weeks ago had 2 drains in The LFT came out @ the follow up The RT came out last week with the staples RT had issues draining 0ml a day sometimes 63ml a day Ugh Almost immediately after surgery the right side felt like a softball under the skin He tried to drain it with needle but the weeks that followed I'm still with this (seroma?) Under my new tummy :( He said I may need surgery Any suggestions to avoid that My surgeon is the best its just a weekend i'm trying self help
