I'm interested in a P shot and potentially adding filler to the penis. Is it advisable to do both during the same day/visit? If not, how much time do I need in between treatments for optimal results?
Answer: Both Same Day Thanks for your question. In our experience it is fine to have both on the same day. The filler is injected somewhat superficially, while the P Shot is targeted to stimulate blood flow and regenerate cells. They can be done at the same time, but it is of course up to your provider to determine what they think will give you the best results. Thanks, Dr. T

Answer: Can I get P-Shot and filler on the same day? Theoretically yes you can. If the objective is to be treated with the P shot for ED ,and the filler is to enhance penile size then its better to do them on different days . On the other hand if you are doing both to enhance size you can do them the same day

Answer: The P Shot and Dermal Filler Thanks for your question. I assume you mean dermal filler into the penile shaft. Theoretically this could be done as part of the same procedure. The PRP is going into the cavernosa tissue. Th filler is going more external to that, under the skin but not into the erectile tissue. Regarding dermal filler for the penis- this is something I personally decided not to offer because it seems impractical to me. The amount of filler to make a visible difference is so many syringes that it becomes cost prohibitive honestly. One syringe of dermal filler is 1/5 of a teaspoon! You may want to consider the procedure Bocox, which can be combined with the P Shot. Bocox is the use of botulinum toxin injection into the penis to improve blood flow, and a 100 unit dose can have effects for around 6 months for most. This has been researched since at least 2016. We are now beginning to offer it as I feel there have now been sufficient studies showing no systemic effects (complications/distant spread) and very good overall results.

Answer: One at a time It's not recommended to get the P-shot and filler on the same day. Ideally, you would get the P-shot first as this will help in performance. The goal is to have an erection for twice a day for 10 minutes post P-shot and post filler procedure, it is crucial to avoid sexual activity and erections. Once you have had the P-shot, schedule a 4-week follow up appointment with your provider for further instructions and intervention if necessary. Once you are approved, schedule the Prometheus procedure for filler.

Answer: P-shot and filler Yes, you may certainly be able to do both PRP and filler the same day. PRP (P-shot as it is called sometimes) is injected into the corpus cavernosum and filler is injected into the space between the corpus and the skin. Of note, the PRP does not add volume. It just improves the ability to obtain erection and may increase penis size (temporarily) with improved circulation.
