I'm interested in a P shot and potentially adding filler to the penis. Is it advisable to do both during the same day/visit? If not, how much time do I need in between treatments for optimal results?

Answer: P-shot and filler Yes, you may certainly be able to do both PRP and filler the same day. PRP (P-shot as it is called sometimes) is injected into the corpus cavernosum and filler is injected into the space between the corpus and the skin. Of note, the PRP does not add volume. It just improves the ability to obtain erection and may increase penis size (temporarily) with improved circulation.
