The P shot would not be able to correct a curvature but it might enhance sensation in the Glans as that it the site of one of the 5 injection points, specifically for that purpose in fact. I say "might" because we can never guarantee a specific outcome from any regenerative procedure.
You may also want to consider low intensity shockwave therapy- "Gainswave"- as this could theoretically remodel scar tissue. The standard protocol could be performed, then additional shocks to the region of concern (about 1000) to see what over time could be achieved.
