Straighten the curve - can P-shots correct the bend and straighten me out permanently? (photos)

Question

Behind my glans on the top side, my penis shaft sharply presses down. It is like someone pressed a knife into cookie dough before it hardens. This in turn causes a large bend up & back followed by glans then bending forward (almost a complete “S”). If straightened out my penis would probably gain .5 - 1 inch in length and I would have better glans feeling/stimulation. Can P-shots correct this bend and straighten me out permanently?

If your penis has a slight curve to the left or right when erect and isn’t painful, it is likely a normal anatomical anomaly and not a problem. In fact, most men’s penises curve slightly when erect. 
However, if your penis has a drastic curve that causes pain during an erection, you may have a condition called Peyronie’s disease. This happens when scar tissue builds up and causes your penis to curve. This can be up, down, left, or right depending on where your scar tissue is located. 
Most men with Peyronie’s disease are middle-aged or older. Having diabetes-related erectile dysfunction also puts you at a higher risk. 
There are treatments for Peyronie’s disease as well, so talk to your doctor if you are concerned about the curvature of your penis.

This is a very common question we get. Nothing helps penis curvature except for shock therapy or eVive treatments. The short answer: No, P-Shots alone cannot permanently correct a significant penile curvature, especially one caused by conditions like Peyronie’s disease. However, they may offer some benefits when combined with other treatments.

Peyronie’s disease, often the cause of severe penile curvature, results from scar tissue that thickens the tunica albuginea, the elastic tissue surrounding the erectile chambers. This thickened area doesn’t expand properly during an erection, leading to a curved shape. While the P-Shot, which involves injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the penis, stimulates cell repair and blood flow, it is unlikely to fully resolve the structural issues of Peyronie’s disease or a sharp curvature.

Thanks for your question. The P shot would not be able to correct a curvature but it might enhance sensation in the Glans as that it the site of one of the 5 injection points, specifically for that purpose in fact. I say "might" because we can never guarantee a specific outcome from any regenerative procedure. 
You may also want to consider low intensity shockwave therapy- "Gainswave"- as this could theoretically remodel scar tissue. The standard protocol could be performed, then additional shocks to the region of concern (about 1000) to see what over time could be achieved.

PRP may be helpful in treating Peyronie's disease. The research is still emerging, but there are studies to support its use. Look for high concentration PRP (over 1 million platelets/uL), and expect to do multiple treatments. Of course results can't be guaranteed but it is a very safe option to consider. The curvature is due to abnormally thickened tissue in the area, which does not expand properly during an erection. Think of what would happen if you place a piece of tape on a long cylinder shaped balloon and then inflated it. It would curve around the damage area.
