Genetic lack of define jaw, chin (prominent nose to compliment It unfortunately) and turtle neck worsening to make it even more wonderful;) I have had these features since I was a child. I'm 45/slim and have always been. I wish I wasn't bothered by this, but I am and have always been. The bummer is the money:( I've been researching all the options invasive and surgical. What do you guys think I should have done because I'm at a loss because of all the the reviews on everything I've read:0/
Answer: Neck Lift Thank you for your pictures and questions. You would need muscle tightening and neck lift to create an L shaped contoured neck. Please do not try tightening machines, these can be a waste of money. I would suggest waiting until it would be beneficial to you to have a facelift and necklift combined. Please make sure you find a reputable and qualified plastic surgeon who can assess you properly to give you a realistic idea of what outcome you can achieve. All The Best

Answer: Jawline Definition / Jawline Enhancement / Facial Sculpting / Facial Contouring -- injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Neck Lift Thank you for your question. Kybella is the only FDA-approved injectable to eliminate submental fullness (or turkey) and create a more contoured neck and jawline. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy. Best wishes,

Answer: Unhappy With Jaw Line & Neck It's hard to confirm what #solution is best based on photos alone. While non-invasive treatments may improve the appearance for some people, many repeated treatments may be required. Nor do the results outlive those from a surgical procedure. It's best to begin by consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon. She or he will evaluate both your anatomical features and aesthetic goals to determine which neck lift procedure best suits your individual needs. In some cases your plastic surgeon may give you more than one option to choose from. During the examination the chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. A weak #chin means there is not adequate chin support for the skin along the neck line. In younger individuals a chin implant alone is usually all that is needed to improve the appearance of the neck. Subsequently, it will also improve the overall balance of the face and can create the illusion of a smaller nose. As a stand-alone procedure, chin augmentation can be performed in the office under local anesthesia. For individuals with signs of aging in the neck, a chin implant added to one of the recommended procedures above, will provide optimal results. The contributing factors to the #cost of a #neck lift include the surgeon’s fee, facility fee, medication cost and the anesthesia fee. Estimated fees may also be found here on Real Self, and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery website, Surgery.org, or PlasticSurgery.org. However, many #payments plans exist for cosmetic procedures. Ask your surgeon's office about finance programs and lenders they may recommend as well as personal loans available through financial institutions. It is important to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in #neck lift procedures is important to ensure you are receiving the best advice, care, and surgical experience possible.

Answer: Anterior neck lift and possibly chin implant Unfortunately your photos do not provide enough information for accurate analysis. It appears that your problem is small chin and anterior platysma muscle bands. This can be corrected with chin implant and correction of anterior platysma muscle; all is done through a submental incision usually in local or twilight anesthesia.
