Genetic lack of define jaw, chin (prominent nose to compliment It unfortunately) and turtle neck worsening to make it even more wonderful;) I have had these features since I was a child. I'm 45/slim and have always been. I wish I wasn't bothered by this, but I am and have always been. The bummer is the money:( I've been researching all the options invasive and surgical. What do you guys think I should have done because I'm at a loss because of all the the reviews on everything I've read:0/

Please do not try tightening machines, these can be a waste of money. I would suggest waiting until it would be beneficial to you to have a facelift and necklift combined. It appears that your problem is small chin and anterior platysma muscle bands. This can be corrected with chin implant and correction of anterior platysma muscle; all is done through a submental incision usually in local or twilight anesthesia.
