Fraxel: Skin peeling off with discoloration, how do I fix this fast?

I am so sorry for your problem.  I treat a great deal of patients who are Indian with your type of skin and it has to be treated very carefully since it is prone to burn if too much heat is used with the laser. It appears from your photo that there may have been too much heat used in this area.  I used a great deal of lasers and treat a lot of patients with type III skin or darker but I do not use Fraxel.  At this point I would use sunblock and consult a board certified dermatologist to see if there is anything that they can do.  Again, I am sorry since this is happening before your wedding.  Best, Dr. Green

I haven't ever seen this before and I've been using the laser for 8 years. I'm not sure if this is a result of a burn or not. Are you sure the laser was a Fraxel laser? I have no remedies to make this heal in a couple weeks. This will just have to heal on it's own.
