A combination approach will give the most improvement with Sculptra, lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound skin tightening device or thermiRF. I think there are better devices than Infini for this problem. I would look into the Thermitight and the BodyTite. These both use RF but in a broader zone. There are a bit more invasive - go under the skin and require tumescent anesthesia, but the results should be much better.

I don't think the Infini will make much difference. I think the best option is the BodyTite. This uses RF that goes thru the skin with a probe under and over the skin simultaneously. Colleagues have seen great results.
