We have used Infini for tightening the skin  and reducing  fat of the arms.  Multiple sessions are needed .  We often add PRP to  shorten the healing time .

A combination approach will give the most improvement with Sculptra, lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound skin tightening device or thermiRF. I think there are better devices than Infini for this problem. I would look into the Thermitight and the BodyTite. These both use RF but in a broader zone. There are a bit more invasive - go under the skin and require tumescent anesthesia, but the results should be much better.
