Will Infini RF treatment help tighten the skin my neck and jowl lift did not?

Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. For skin tightening of the neck, I recommend a combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy, lasers, microneedling/prp and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening. VASER with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be performed at the same time as a neck lift revision, if you're a candidate. Please see a cosmetic dermatologist for a long term treatment plan.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I really need a picture to see what you are talking about. Infini can help jowls in many cases. Other methods might be needed including Kybella, Botox, filler, ablative lasers. I would seek another opinion too.

Impossible to say without a real world examination. Improvements can be seen, but your skin quality must be good (with little elastosis).
