I’ve lost 100 + pounds over the course of several years. I’d like to tighten the skin on my legs, without surgery. Im notsure where to begin researching alternative options. Looking at pictures, I’d say im in the moderate range. Through exercise like squats and lunges, i have definitely seen some improvement, but I dont think the exercise alone will yield My desired outcome
