Less invasive, saggy neck tightening - what treatments are available?

My main concern is my saggy neck, i want something less invasive than a facelift. I found something that is called a micro lift, but haven’t found enough information about it or any provider

For a sagging neck without surgery, the main non-invasive options are Ultherapy for deeper tightening, Micro RF for crepey skin and mild laxity, and lasers like Fraxel or CO2 laser for texture only.

If there’s more significant looseness, these can improve things but won’t fully lift it, so an in-person evaluation is key to set expectations and plan the right approach.

Without at least full face and profile photos, it is really difficult to know exactly what you need. However, generally speaking, a nonsurgical injection lower facelift can be accomplished via the use of targeted injections of Botox spaced along the upper and lower Jawlines and upper neck, as well as, if necessary, the additional use of a robust HA contouring filler along the jawline to better define and tighten itit, which can secondarily provide additional lift to a saggy upper neck. 
Exercise a hefty dose of "buyer beware" caution when hawked expensive energy-based devices treatments, as the hard science to back up the use of these all--too-often, "here-today-gone-tomorrow," fancy named gizmos, lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz to promote 
them.
You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injection expert.  Hope this helps and best of luck.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. Helps reduce appearance of Cellulite by helping aid the production of collagen and tightening the skin. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.
