Is bleeding and cold nipples post breast reduction a concern?

It is very difficult to reassure you with so little information about your operation and without photos. However, a very cold nipple combined with a very pale/grey discoloration could be related to a nipple without blood supply. If you are concerned, your should really contact the office of your surgeon and be assessed adequately. Without photos and more explicit information as to you exact situation, it is impossible to answer your question with convincing authority. If your nipple is not pink but rather pale, blue, black or severely congested - this is of major concern and you would need to contact your plastic surgeon immediately.As to the "bleeding", you didn't describe this well either.
