I had a breast reduction yesterday I feel pretty good but I’m concerned that my nipples are cold to the touch. I’m not worried about the fact that I don’t have any sensation yet but the fact that they’re cold make me concerned theres no blood flow however my left breast is bleeding m.

Based on the photos, you do not seem to show any signs of infection. It is right to keep the area clean, however, there is no need for antibiotic management. These pimples that you refer to are only caused by undissolved stitches and will eventually resolve on their own.
