Keloid in frenulum of labia minora after labiaplasty - what are my treatment options?

Hello OR. Keloids should be treated with Kenalog or another steroid to start. Yes, it is possible in this area. Especially with surgical scars, 1-3 visits will normally reverse the keloiding issue, but the size and density of the keloid matters when determining dosing and number of treatments. Best of luck.

This is treatable with one, or more, injections of a steroid medication. It should break the scar up to where it is soft and flat again.
