Droopy eyes that don't move when I smile, what can be done? (Photos)

Brave794345
Hello! i have always been insecure of my "frog like" eyes, my deep eye bags, how my eyes barely move when i smile, their negative vector, how prone i am to ptosis especially when tired to the point that once i was at the hospital for an unrelated reason and was asked if i had Horner syndrome, which later i was found not to. I have heard of multiple procedures that might help such as lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, canthoplasty, infraorbital rim implants, lower eyelid retraction surgery, temporal lift etc but not sure which is better in terms of effectiveness and safety. Would love to hear your opinions i am 25 and female
