Is it safe to do Wood therapy after a BBL?

One year after your surgery should not be a problem to consider wood therapy for cellulite. If you are concerned about the therapy, have them consider light wood therapy and avoid aggressive or deep therapy.

I don't think it's possible for an external device like wood therapy to give it permanent changes in either cellulite or BBL results. I therefore believe it is safe and will not hurt your results if done at this stage. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D. 

In my experience, the results of "wood therapy" are temporary, lasting only 2-3 days, and ultimately resulting in inflammation to the treated areas.If you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight.
