I had Ellanse injected 10 days ago. I‘ve still got quite a bit of swelling although I have been putting ice packs on my hands, massaged my hands with Arnica cream, taken antihistamine. There hasn’t been any real improvement. Is there anything else I can do? I saw the injector yesterday and he is not worried It will go down and it is possibly related to carrying my baby around instead of holding my hands up. How long is this going to last? I’m worried it may be permanent....
