Can you use Ellanse e and Voluma together?

Thank you for your question. It will all depend on when you had the Voluma injected. It is better to wait 2 years from your last Voluma treatment which will reduce the risk of nodule formation.  If 2 years have elapsed Ellanse would be a great next step treatment for you as I agree with the reviews, it is an excellent specialised dermal filler.

Thank you for your question, in practice i do not mix a dermal filler such as Voluma and Ellanse in the same area and wait a full 12 months prior to treatment.  Ellanse is a fabulous product used by the right practitioner in the right patient. As you know Ellanse restores volume immediately but in addition it has a longer term action through collagen stimulation. Depending on which product is used, Ellanse will last from between 1 and 4 years. The results will be maintained for the total duration of time depending on the Ellanse option chosen, enabling you to avoid multiple treatments.
So in my advice i would wait 12 months since your Voluma for complete peace of mind.

I personally do not like mixing products in the same area, so in answer to your question, it depends on when you last had your naso-labial folds treated.
Hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvederm or Restylane are ideal for treating naso-labial folds and usually last for up to 9 months. A re-treatment if often necessary 9-12 months after the previous treatment. 
So I would suggest that a period of about 9 months would be appropriate for treatment using a different product.
Ellanse is a great product for treating most areas of the face and smaller quantities are required than HA fillers to achieve an equivalent lift and the results last longer, depending on the product used.
