Athletic/Gym Junkie - Motiva Joy implants?

I'm consider breast implants and have been doing some research and want to get the Motiva Joy implants which seems quite hard to find any surgeons who use this implant. Also, I am very active, i exercise twice a day and complete in fitness competitions and am scared about how much time off I will need and how my fitness w take a hit. I also think i'd like under the muscle to reduce future sagging and also i am around a B cup now so from my research under the muscle will look more natural which is my goal.
