How do I get rid of the creases under my eyes? (photo)

I’ve had filler under my eyes done to get rid of the hollowing/darkness but there’s still a couple creases under my eye. I want to know the best way to get rid of them! I am considering the fraxel dual laser for skin tightening and smoothing out the creases.
