Best suggestion is to visit with your surgeon. If he/she confirms that this is just swelling from fluid collection then options are to give it time as it will self-resolve. They may also offer lymphatic drainage or needle aspiration for comfort.Best of luck

Since your procedure is only 5 days ago, redness is usually the first stage of bruising followed by blue, purple, and finally, the healing stage...
