Seeking surgical/ manual extraction of HA filler

There are two ways to approach this area; one can be through a lower blepharoplasty incision the other can be an inter-oral approach. Any combination of these procedures can also be performed. It depends on where the product is and how much you have. First, I would suggest an MRI to localize the area and seek a board-certified surgeon who has previously removed silicone from this area. If you are at least a year out and still have filler in the malar area (or scar tissue), this can be manually extracted though a lower lid incision.
