Sorry to hear about your experience. This looks like the result of poor technique. The wrong filler may have been used or it may have been placed to superficially or too much was used. The filler needs to be dissolved using hyaluronidase. I do believe you are a good candidate for undereye filler treatment using Restylane. Find another more experienced injector.
