Fractional lasers such as the Harmony erbium by Alma and the Pro Fractional by Sciton can improve fines lines, wrinkles, discolorations, and enlarged pores. Usually a series of three to six treatments are required. Treatments can be done every one to two months on the face. With my patients, I start with conservative settings on the first treatment and increase the settings each time if there were no problems such as blisters.
