Can you help with bulging eye-bag muscle post-op lower blepharoplasty? (Photos)

Asian Male, did lower bleparoplasty nearly 6months ago to remove under eyebag. However, my eyebag muscle (area under eye) gotten much darker, and seems to be bulging. Would like to know what is the cause of this symptoms and what are my possible options here.
