Potential eye surgeries? 19 y/o concerned eyes are low compared with eyebrows (Photos)

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your eye corners are very downward and that is the cause of the tired/sad face image. For get rid of this looking I suggest you endoscopic brow lift. With this surgery your eye corners will be much upward and lifted. Also your eyes will be more slanted then now. Best Regards!

Based on your photos and your explanation, it seems your issues stem from slightly low brows and a condition called ptosis - or eyelids that are too low. For these reasons, you would likely benefit from a conservative temporary/lateral browlift - to lift the sides of your brows, and an upper eyelid ptosis repair to raise your eyelid height so more of your pupil is exposed. Its hard to know from your pictures, but you also may require an upper blepharoplasty to help with the excess skin on your upper eyelids - this will depend on an in-person exam.
