Severe headache due to isotrestinoin 20mg. Any suggestions?

I have been using isotrestinoin 20mg per day i got mild headaches after 2nd day but they got worse. And on the 3rd day i got severe headache and blurred vision. Is this due to isotrestinoin? Should i keep talking this?

Do you have a history of headaches in the past? If so, you should see a headache specialist.  Second, are you taking any other medications right now, possible doxycycline or minocycline? These can cause headaches, especially in combination with accutane, and should not be done.If this is your first significant headache in a long time, then it is likely due to the medication. Please discuss this with your doctor.  I usually advise patients to discontinue accutane for 3 days and see whether their symptoms are better.  If you are suddenly headache-free after stopping the medication, then, yes, it gives us 1 more clue that your headaches are likely related to the medication.  Sometimes taking the dose at night versus morning can help, or splitting the dose half in the morning and half at night can help with side effects, too.  For example, taking 70mg of accutane in 1 morning dose may cause more side effects in certain patients than taking 35mg in the morning and 35mg at night.  It varies patient to patient.  Please discuss this with your doctor.Be well-
