I am 23 year old girl .my hair in temporal area are thin since Childhood. N I am using minoxidil .how long should I use n all new hair will fall if I stop using it???

If an individual has genetic hair loss and gets a nice benefit from minoxidil and then stops the product - yes they lose the hair. Minoxidil needs to be used forever. Hair loss in the temporal area since childhood could be genetic hair loss, but could be a number of other things as well! You'd need to see a hair specialist to determine if minoxidil can help that particular type of hair loss or not. Genetic hair loss can start in childhood (even as early as 7-8 years!), but that is incredibly rare. Most starts in the 30s and 40s, with some starting in the 20s.

This is called M-Pattern Hairline or Male Pattern Hairline in a Female. It usually does not respond to Rogaine, but it is worth a try. If it does respond you will see some small hairs about 5-6 months after starting. Be sure to wash your hands after applications so as not to put the medication on other areas of your face. If you do respond keep using it or the effects will wear off and you will lose the hair again. Thanks for your question.
