As you probably already know, silicone implants top out at 800cc currently although an FDA trial is underway for larger silicone gel implants up to 1400cc.
As long as you get larger and larger implants, the skin will stretch more and more and will become thinner and thinner. I don’t know how much 800 cc implants will stretch and can be inflated. I would not press the issue any further. At some point you will have problems to deal with.
You have excess skin because the already large implants have stretched the breasts. In good conscious, no plastic surgeon should consider this procedure.
No, you should not have your implants overfilled to 3000 cc's. All you will be doing is reducing the lifespan of your implants, overstretching your skin and tissue, and causing quicker sagging of too large breasts. Your neck and shoulders will not like the weight of 3000 cc's. I doubt you will find a surgeon that will do this harm to your body.
