My best recommendation is to treat cellulite only.To do that I recommend finding a plastic surgeon who has extensive experience with these treatments with a proven track record.Personally, I find using the device Aveli to be most effective.Cellulite has been notoriously difficult to treat, but using this device and good technique can give some impressive improvements.Fat transfer can make so would you like worse and you don’t appear to really need more volume.Your contour and curves are excellent so I really don’t see any need for Liposuction. If you opt for having liposuction or fat transfer procedures, then my best advice is to be very careful about provider selection.Schedule in person consultations and avoid virtual consultations.During each consultation, bring pictures of yourself to use as a reference.Ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own. For fat transfer, make sure they show you long-term results.Using Aveli for cellulite with small amounts of fat transfer in each cellulite, divit can give some of the best results.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
