you seem to be close enough to your goal weight , it is always best to operate on a person once they have reached their desired weight and have been stable , but in your case it is still doable since your BMI is below 30 and you are planning on undergoing a BBL as well, so I would encourage you to discuss with your surgeon so that together you guys can come up with a plan that will work for you and they can weigh in on the best timing.5 weeks should be enough to go back to work after 360 lipo with BBL but the recommendations vary amongst different surgeons and your surgeon might have some restrictions for you when you go back to work.
