I am a 30-year-old female with antegonial notch and jowling. I think the notch accentuates the jowling. Do you think notch fillers here would improve things? I know there is an artery there, but maybe it would be safe if an ultrasound was used? Would you recommend something else to help the jowls? I think prejowl sulcus filler can make the chin look too wide and masculine, so I don't think I'd do that...

To answer your question, it doesn’t necessarily work. You can try but there is no guaranty. It is not supposed to affect HA either. If it doesn’t dissolve Radiesse , you will have to wait for it to go away.

The problem with Radiesse, though widely considered as a temporary filler, is that it cannot be dissolved. You can try breaking it up transcutaneously with a needle along with Kenalog and 5-FU injections. Sometimes its better to excise it.
You can inject it around the periosteum but...
