Any self-respecting Plastic Surgeon would not use a needle in this area, but instead use it very thin cannula. This produces an extra degree of protection where vessels are involved. From the single limited photo that you have posted, it appears that you would do better with a procedure to reduce your jowl fat, such as liposuction, or a non invasive fat reduction treatment. This will better define your jawline and avoid the "squaring" that can occur with pre jowl fillers.
