Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. Thank you for your question. At two years postop, Z scar is unlikely to change much. By this point, this car is likely remodeled to where it will be. I'm assuming that part of the "unattractiveness" of your scar or the suture track marks that are visible. The best way to correct this would be a scar revision with meticulous closure and a postoperative scar management regimen. The scar revision can be done With just some local numbing medication. I would recommend a valuation by a Board certified Plastic Surgeon. I would first check with your Plastic Surgeon that performed the original procedure, as they may be Willing to correct this at a discounted rate.
