Hello, I had a lower face lift approximately 4 months ago. My scars are still very red and visible around my ears. More concerning is hardened scarring at the base of both ears, with my right ear worse than my left. I had follow-up with my PS who recommended scar revision for the hardened scar area below my ears. Should I trust the same PS for revision?why did this occur?what should my expectations be with revision? Should the entire scar behind the ear be revised to better hide? Thank you
