I'm in pretty good shape with a BMI of 20. I've always carried extra weight in my thighs and hated it, especially in my saddlebag area. Even when I lose a few pounds and am at my absolute thinnest, my saddlebags are still there. I'd like to try a nonsurgical fat reduction procedure, but there are so many options out there from type to machine. I've been to a Coolsculpting consultation, but then I started learning about other procedures that use heat and ultrasound. What's best for thighs?
