Did my surgeon miss liposuction on my flanks? Had revision on abs and flanks.

HiThanks for your question.I can understand the frustration of feeling like you did not get the result you were going for. Typically the areas to be suctioned are marked with the patient preop to be sure they agree with the plan. The PS would then proceed with that plan as agreed. There usually would be no reason not to.It is important to raise your doubt and concern directly with your PS who can review the notes from the procedure and let you know exactly what was done.I hope this helps.....

Effective liposuction of the flanks requires use of VASER liposuction technique. Otherwise, there are too many cutaneous ligaments which will hinder your surgeon from being able to remove more fat.
