How complex will be brow ridge reduction or forehead fix for me? (photo)

So I have a significantly prominent asymmetrical brow ridge due to hormonal issues. My eyebrows are also asymmetrical because of that. It has only become worse. I’m genuinely looking to get it normalised as much as possible. Background: 5 years ago, I had fairly symmetrical eyebrows and brow ridge was also just fine. However, then I went through some hormonal imbalances which changed everything. I have attached old pics to compare. I would love to hear opinions about what can be done now.
