Hi there! I have a vascular malformation maybe the size of a dime in the lateral side of my eyelid that protrudes about a centimeter off my lid. It is blue. Is there Anywhere that does surgery or treatment for this? It has been a concern for a long time but I have been turned away from ophthalmology, dermatology, plastics… I have not been to a vein center yet but I just feel so hopeless.
