I literally just treated a patient with this exact problem and in the exact location in fact last week. No need for "bells and whistles" lasers or other relatively expensive "next big thing" devices that are heavily marketed out there (despite the science lagging far behind for their actual value).  Literally a tiny milisecond buzz of an electrodessication current and the spot will be gone. I often have patients hold the mirror up while I do the treatment so that they can see the spot disappear before their eyes. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise. So, bottom line, nothing to worry about. Just consult with an experienced doc. Best of luck. 

The Excel V is perfect for this area. Sometime, the lower lid can be pulled below the orbital rim and the laser is safe to use with metal eye shields. If the lid cannot be pulled far enough down, cornea shields must be insert prior to treating this area. Don't worry about the meibomian glands because this only requires one or 2 pulses of the laser.

You cannot have laser within the orbital rims, the edge of bone of the eye socket. A tiny zap with a fine wire in a procedure called needle electrodessication will take care of this for you. We do it all the time!
