Are there any possible negative effects of multiple sessions of Excel V laser to reduce global redness?

I have struggled with rosacea and redness my entire life. I would like to know any possible negative effects of multiple sessions of Excel V laser to reduce global redness? I've had a horrible experience with a laser before that was used to remove veins on my nostril but left me with a laser burn and now a pigmented, divot scar... so I am extremely apprehensive to have more laser work done but I'm anxious to reduce my redness and raise my confidence!

I will often combine excel v with clear and brilliant and Aquagold/microampule infusion to help speed up redness healing. at home red light is imperative.  you can get multiple treatments and even add laser genesis at the same time. I suggest seeing a laser expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I always recommend getting a test spot done prior to doing the whole face. The Excel V is generally a very safe device but it's entirely dependent on who's operating the laser. Make sure you are seeing a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Good luck!
