How can I remove tiny injection marks from filler I had in 2017? (Photo)

I originally got lip fillers back in 2017. It’s 2022, and I still have little white injection marks that will not go away. When I went to get them dissolved kn 2018, the PA said they seem to be white because my lips were overfilled it looks like the filler was leaking out. Can anyone help me figure out how to get those little marks removed?

This is absurd advice. You are naturally going to be beaten up from your service. It generally takes several days for the trauma to settle down. This may be minimal or it might be more dramatic if you bruise. Plan accordingly.

Your strong chin appearance on profile will keep your neck skin tight for many years longer than your counterparts. Based on your photos, you have a smooth and full lip appearance on the top and on the bottom. Since you are seeing filler on the white part of your upper lip, I agree that adding more filler would just be contributing to the problem. Thank you for the question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

It is still possible you had a cold sore eruption even though the culture was negative. It is also possible you had an allergic reaction, although the former is more likely. In any case, you should see the doctor that injected you and follow their recommendation. You may require a test to...
