Are desired results possible? Alar retraction, asymmetry, visible graft and columella (Photo)

I had my first rhino in august 2023. I asked for tip rotation and dorsal hump to be shaved down and that is what i received but i did not realize how much my smaller nostril would retract, exposing the columella. The tip graft is obvious and getting worse. My natural asymmetry is now much more apparent and i think my nose looks too short and unnatural. I am asking if it is possible for me to achieve a natural result lowering my nose and possible to add a graft to my nostril
