Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide tip, a hanging columella, and a very low nasal bridge. It appears that your nose has been shortened and the tip is poorly defined with a very thick soft tissue envelope that is continuing to lose projection/definition. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty. You may need a revision with rib graft to achieve the goals you are seeking.
