Question

I think it'll be obvious what I'm wanting to fix to make face more conventionally attractive. Saw someone recently who satys all my problems look mainly like botox would fix, and fat dissolvers for only double chin. Please be advised that: I know my nose is a huge thing here but that's my last case scenario surgery, and I am in the preparation process of getting fake teeth both arches but if the teeth/jaw placement is a concern to you please share so I can tell my oral surgeon when I find one

Based on concerns like the ones you’re describing, it’s important to separate muscle-related issues, fat distribution, and structural anatomy—because each one is treated differently.

Botox (a neuromodulator) is helpful when the concern is driven by muscle activity. It can:

Soften dynamic lines and tension patterns

Reduce strong pull from certain facial muscles that create imbalance

Slim a bulky jawline if enlarged masseter muscles are contributing

Improve subtle asymmetries caused by uneven muscle movement

If someone told you that many of your concerns are muscle-driven, then Botox may indeed play a role — but it is rarely the only answer.

Fat dissolvers can help in very specific situations, like a true pocket of submental fat (double chin). They do not tighten loose skin or change bone structure, but they can improve contour when fullness is localized and skin elasticity is decent.

Botox and fillers would definitely help! Botox is a neuromodulator that freezes the muscle to help with the appearance of wrinkles and so they don't get worse. Fillers would help a lot with full facial balancing in areas you want such as your chin, cheeks, under eye, etc. I suggest getting an injection consultation with a trusted provider in your area who can point you in the right direction for what you could benefit from!
