I have, what looks like a smile line that appears when smiling but also talking. The line appears more when I pull my jaw downwards. I have trouble finding what this is since it doesnt look like your normal marionette lines. I am at a loss with this one, would like to stay away from the hardest treatments like RF and laser but I am open to anything alse. Someone online said botox in the DAO and prf as a combo if I dont want to use filler. I am so young so I dont want to know how this is going to look in a few years.

There are many factors that can contribute to this including fat re-positioning and bone re-absorption as we age or lose weight. Ways to treat this area could be restoring volume in the midface with filler or mid-face fat grafting. You could treat your DAO, which is a muscle around your mouth to help the downward pull of your smile, but it won't make a huge difference. PRF could help slightly soften this line, but it would require a few sessions.

You will end up looking like a stroke victim. RF and laser is not particularly effective as would be PRP. Your best option here is hyaluronic acid filler. Restylane is very good for this location.

Hey, yeah that is an extension of your nasal labial fold. I would recommend a little fat transfer to that area.
