The reason I’m asking is because I have nodules at nine wks following my 1st treatment/lower abs. My setting was at 1.10. I also read in an article that nodules occurred if the temperature was too high for the subject. My provider said I could go as low as .90 on my 2nd treatment if I wanted to. So naturally I’m curious to know if .90 was shown to have efficacy in the studies for FDA approval? Or was the minimum level in the studies 1.10? Thanks.

First- you should contact your provider and have the area evaluated. Positioning during arm treatments can be difficult and uncomfortable and could likely have put pressure on a nerve causing numbness and even pain. The SculpSure laser is specific for fat tissue and will not burn...
Venus Legacy uses heat to boost collagen production and break down fat cells, which is meant to smooth out cellulite, improve loose skin, and reduce wrinkles. Legacy requires maintenance therapy suggesting a non permanent therapy whereas Sculpsure is a permanent procedure...
Thank you for your inquiry. The nurse who performed your treatment is right, it does take at least 2 sessions to see optimal results with SculpSure. The highest setting is 1.4, so it seems that you did get the most out of your initial treatment despite it feeling comfortable for you....
