Hi, I've performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers over the past 30 years.  Non smiling photos of the face and temples would help in the evaluation.  Sculpture works better ta filling in facial indentations, like indented temples, in my humble opinion, than an HA filler and provides longer lasting results.  We charge $1,200 for a bottle of Sculptra that would typically be enough to fill in the temples.

Hope this helps.

Temple Filler

Hi. I would not recommend using Juvaderm or this class of product called hyaluronic acid fillers for the temples. For one, a product like Juvaderm may show in this area and this class is not long acting for this area. You will get some volume but for the cost it may only last 6 months. I would recommend that you find someone skilled in Sculptra injections in the temple. It is a longer process with maybe 2-3 sessions to achieve the volume in this area by building your own collagen. It will last up to 2 years. You can expect to see changes after the first treatment in around 4-6 weeks. We charge $650 per treatment and this would be both temples. Thank you for your question.

Juvederm to temples is a bad choice

Personally I would recommend you NOT inject Juvederm to the temples. The skin is thin there and it will definitely get the Tyndall effect, meaning you will see the product through your skin. Juvederm is a great product but it is often injected into the wrong areas by less-than-experienced injectors, and I have fixed way too much of it in places like the temples. It's just not a good choice for there. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion. Thank you for sharing your question.  Unfortunately without a full series of photographs or an in-person examination to determine how much of a particular filler would be needed to enact a full correction, it is difficult to offer you a price.  That said I would recommend you look into a longer-acting filler, such as Voluma, to add significant volume to your temples with less filler material used.  Hope this helps.
