I had reconstructive breast surgery one year ago. I used embrace post surgery, used kelocote fairly consistently following, and am now using embrace minimize silicone sheets. My scars have healed fairly well, but I am interested in having further treatment. I know scars will never disappear completely, but I am trying to figure out whether fraxel laser or microneedling would be better. I have olive toned, somewhat tan skin. I am also curious as to if I should do this sooner rather than later
