In the last 2 weeks my right implant is no longer aligned w/ left implant. Implants feel normal. Right implant shifted lower than the left and a tad more in my arm pit. not as “bubbly” as the left anymore. Is this something that can get much worse over time? I started weightlifting 2 weeks ago after taking years off from weights. Not sure if this is part of the issue. I’m not lifting heavy weights, just about 10-20lbs for arms and 20-30lbs for chest area.

The rate of sagging you have would probably make a breast lift necessary, since your areolae/nipples are located well below your breast crease. Breast augmentation will enhance this sagging, and the implants may sit too low on your chest. The weight of the implants will also speed up the sagging...

From the photographs it looks as though breast augmentation alone may yield a very good aesthetic result. I think implants in the sub glandular position camouflage ptosis better than implants in a sub muscular position
