Why is one boob super squishy and one super hard?

I had a breast aug. On March 22nd. One boob is super squishy feels 100% like natural boob the right my dominant a Hand and is rock hard. Is this normal?

Thank you for your question. Your breasts should not feel significantly different in texture in the way you have described. Having one soft breast and one hard breast is not expected this far out from surgery and you should return to your operating surgeon for an in person exam and to rule out the development of a capsular contracture. Basically what this means is that the tissues around the implant have hardened and are squeezing the implant which would explain the hardness. I recommend that you contact your operating surgeon as soon as possible. Best of luck to you!

A painful very hard breast implant that does not move can indicate capsular contracture.  Alternatively 1 pocket may have just been made to small.  It is important that you see your plastic surgeon for an examination in person and proper diagnosis.

What you are describing is not normal. It sounds like you have a capsular contracture, in which the capsule (a normal layer of tissue surrounding the implant) has thickened and hardened. It is an infrequent but know complication of breast augmentation. You need to go back to see your plastic surgeon and discuss options for treatment.
